Initiate Your Request
Log into your RDO account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
